Galaxy Watch 3 - stopped clockface

I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 and the date/time on the clockface has stopped working even though everything else is OK. When I change the clockface it updates to the correct time/date but then freezes again. 

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

are you using any particular watch face when that happens?

try pressing and holding the menus button until it says rebooting..
