Hi, I have seen posts concerning the same issue as me. I have had my watch since October and after a few days my skin was slightly irritated but as I didn't wear it constantly it would clear up in between uses however, as I have used it more frequently now I have this horrible rash and cut where the watch was as well as discolouration where it was.  I haven't seen what the solution was helpful  on previous similar posts any help available as these photos are taken after 5 days without using the watch?

I just want to report that I also got the same. It was not happening with my old samsung galaxy watch.

Hi @Soc123 ,

Same advice for you as the others who've reported it: if you've not done so already, please send us a PM with your contact details and any relevant info (e.g. product model and serial numbers ) to our @Sam_UK  account (https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1716597) Guide on how to send a Private/Direct Message here if you need it: https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/samsung-lounge/how-to-send-a-private-message-on-the-samsung-comm...

From there, we'll escalate it to our colleagues who'll investigate the matter and  support you. 👍
