Galaxy watch 3 shows incorrect time for sleep.

When I'm going to bed the watch the following day is showing an hour later. So I go at 9pm but watch shows 10pm.( I work shifts).  Is there any way round correct this so the time I go to bed and wake is correct?

Not that I'm aware. You can't edit the sleep times the watch has tracked, very annoying
