Hi I have a SM-R855F and when then bezel is turned there is a zone of 3 clicks which does not get detected when the bezel is rotated , the rest of the rotation works fine so the watch is useable. On looking into the problem it looks like one of the magnetic inserts on the underside of the bezel is no longer magnetic ....so how do i obtain a replacement bezel it is the black 41mm one on my stainless steel body. I live right down in the South west of the UK so dropping i to a samsung shop isnt easy ....it was a new watch in the middle of last year so is under warantee but the web site isnt clear on how i get a new bezel shipped...
