Galaxy watch 3 Black screen

I have tried restarting, putting it on charge & restarting again, I have even tried factory resetting my watch. The screen will not light back up. I turn the bezel and feel the watch vibrate so I know it is fully working. The watch hasn't been in contact with water or taken any impacts that I recall. 

 Does anyone know how to fix this? 

 Do I have to go to a technician?

I've recently had a weird thing but on my watch4, I turned on the water lock mode, then my screen went black. Similarly I could feel vibration but display was off. But in my case, hard rebooting fixed it (holding both watch buttons at once). But in your case since you've tried, reckon contacting Samsung or technician may be your best bet if even a factory reset hasn't fixed it as it sounds like a hardware issue.
