Galaxy Watch 2

Hi could anyone tell me which way of getting my Galaxy Watch 2 4G linked up to my phone via my contract. I bought it through work not in store and have e sim but O2 shop says to contact O2 online to set up. Has anyone else had this issue?

I had something similar when trying to move from Watch to Watch3 by buying it direct. EE wanted me to pay a second watch plan so sent the Samsung-bought one back and early upgraded with EE.

TLDR - ring O2 and set up a watch data plan with them, problem solved.. or it should be 🙂
