Galaxy watch 12 month old not holding battery charge

Hi 

I have a Smasung Galaxy watch which is just 12 months old sm-r500 and the battery is now only lasting 3 hours! I charged it and took it off charge at 7 this morning and it has now shut down and need charging again.

Any ideas? It shows 100% charged when I disconnect from the charger.

Check for background usage and apps etc, I had one turned a few features off and it was good for a good 2 days.

I have tried that, it has only started doing it in the last day. Samsung think it may be down to an update, so just done an update and will see how it goes

It's usually a software issue and I do hope you get it resolved as is so frustrating. Let me know how it goes

I ended up factory resetting mine and now get 2 days no problems
