@Angie18a: Are you using the official charging cradle, USB cable and plug to charge the device? If so, do you have access to another working charger that you can try? Is there anything obstructing the charging terminals (yellow dots on the back of the watch)? If you notice any dirt or dust, try giving them a quick wipe with a clean, dry cloth to see if this helps. I also recommend checking for any available updates by going to Settings > Gear Info > Update gear Software to see if this resolves the issue.
