Hi all.

 

My Gear S3 has developed a problem. The home button has become unresponsive. Sometimes it will work but more often than not it will not. I have tried resets etc and have the latest updates loaded. Is it more likely that this will be a hardware issue. I want to explore all possibilities befoe i send it off for repair.

Hi.

It does sound like hardware issues.

If this was my situation I'd visit a Samsung service location or if ones not local then contact Samsung Customer Support directly.

If the watch was supplied by someone other than Samsung then you may need to approach them.
