galaxy gear 2

My gear 2 has been enlarging the screen for months now.cant use it until i power down then up.can it be fixed or have i to buy a different make?.

this is what happens.ive taken video i,ll try to send it now...don't know how to get my video onto this site. help...basicaly the screen zooms in so that I can only see only the middle of the dial.i can move it slightly with my finger to make the power off appear.i power off then on again and the dial appears normal size again.i have factory reset but it still does this randomly.puzzled....
