I purchased the "samsung Galaxy fit" back in April for my girlfriend. She didn't want the newer model due to not wanting the bigger screen (she has small wrists).
She is having issues with the "step" count not syncing with her S10.
Yesterday shew left her phone in the locker and came to join me in the gym, and went on running machine. She clocked up over 9000 steps on her Galaxy fit. Later when syncing with her S10 it did not register these steps.
I tried clearing the app cache on both the S10 and the watch. Switched both off and on again, checked what data it was syncing but it still didn't tally up. Any idea's ? Or is this a software glitch with this watch?
Any help appreciated - I also have a samsung watch but I have never had these issues possibly because I have the 4g 46mm version?
