My Galaxy fit 3 is not syncing workouts to Samsung Health. I have reset the Fit 3, reset Samsung Health, and still my walking workouts dont sync. Am I missing Something???
I go for my walk, start the workout on my Fit 3, it records the steps to Samsung Health but does not register the workout.

Have you addressed the issue with Samsung? Maybe there are more individual problems with synchronization - I'm trying to find out what is the cause and the most common problem seems to be when the phone does not have a bluetooth connection with the watch and when reconnecting it incorrectly evaluates that newer data is on the phone and synchronizes the steps in reverse (watches download steps from the phone).

In my case there is no problem with the Bluetooth connection between fit 3 and my phone. The problem arrises when there is GPS data being transmitted to the phone. If I do a work out with location turned of it sync perfectly. I had no problem with my fit 2. In my opinion it's a software bug and not a Bluetooth connection issue

I summarized my problems in this video: https://youtu.be/3EeQ8uD2KNY

Same issue. Fit 3 records the steps correctly however once it sync with Samsung Health, the steps are reversed to phone data.
Today, my running data was overwritten after sync with the app. So frustrating.

I tried to post on another forum moderated by someone from samsung, if I find out anything I'll let you know, but the first step from our side should be to notify the manufacturer about the problem.

I have had the same issue. Fit3 does not sync auto detected ativities with Samsung Health. Where is Samsung? Where is the update to fix this?

I contacted the Samsung support representative here in the Czech Republic via chat, but the answers were evasive - so I still don't know if the manufacturer is solving this bug or not.
Translation: 'In this case, the manufacturer certainly has information about this fact, and is subsequently working on their correction. I strongly believe that the new update will help to solve these problems.'

I got the following from Samsung help. This solution worked for 3 days and now back to syncing issues.
For starters, I would advise you to perform some basic steps which should be able to fix most issues.
The steps can be found below:
First of all, please make sure that you synchronize your data, in order to prevent any losses. To do so, go to Samsung Health > More > Settings > Accounts and either disable and then re-enable ‘Auto Sync", or
tap "Sync now".
Go to Settings → Apps → Samsung Health → tap Force stop → Storage → Clear Cache
Go to Settings → Apps → Galaxy Wearable → Storage → Clear cache
Go to Settings → Apps → Samsung Accessory Service → Storage → Clear cache
Afterwards, make sure to update the device firmware to the latest available version. This can be done by going to the Settings of your device > Software update > Download and install. If you have an update available, it should notify you there.
Make sure to also update the Samsung Health application to the latest version. Go to the store from where you downloaded it (Galaxy Store or Play Store) and check if there are any updates available.

Hey. Gonto the galaxy wearable app and cancel permission for location or open setting of your phone -all apps-permission-location-remove the permission. I read this on reddit somewhere and it works for me ,the sync should start happening.
