Galaxy Fit 3 issues

Giving it a try here since I have tried to Google it and I find a lot of posts but no help.

Bought a Fit 3 yesterday for my galaxy a54 mobile.

But the measurements seems to be far off. It counts steps when sitting still and while driving etc.

Anyone who can help me to check if I have done the settings wrong or such?

Any kind of help or advice would be nice. I have tried to connect it with Google Health, Health Connect etc.

Just worried I did something wrong somewhere.

Don't use Google fit and health connect with it. Just use Samsung health.

I would if my calory app used it.

But you can only connect Google fit with it. And since I wanted my step counter to work there I tried to connect them both. 

The other app I'm using is called Foodvisor.

Sometimes with Google fit it counts steps on the phone and the watch.

Yeah for some reason my fit currently counts steps while being in the car.

Which is what I'm trying to solve as well as getting it to work with Google fit. :C
