Just received my Fit 2, finished the setup smoothly and when I opened the Wear app, I noticed that there was an update for the band. I tried to do it several times, but every time the band disconnects from the phone and even without starting the update, the band looses connection with the phone.
My phone is Galaxy A71, the app is updated and I also have a Gear S3 Frontier.
Can anyone help me? Tried to do a live chat with Samsung Support but it's not working!
Not the best start!!
