galaxy earbuds, right side 75% quieter than right

Hi, I've recently had trouble with my earbuds, the right side is much quieter than the left, like 75% quieter I can still just hear is but the balance is off and I've tried connecting it to someone else's phone, draining it, disabling Absolute volume and I needed help to fix it.

How about the "adapt sound " option? Have you "messed " with it 🙂 ?

I have, I've even moved the balance but it's still so quiet

How about if you turn off the adapt sound ?
Or , unpair your buds & pair them again ?
