I've had 2 pairs of samsung buds and both times they have started doing this out of the blue, listening to music or a podcast and all of a sudden one side is lower than the other. The first time it happened to the right side and now with this new pair of earbuds it's the left hand side. I've tried resetting and updating my earbuds both have not worked also I've tried turning off and on the ambient sound, nothing has worked I'm about to return these to amazon and just use my old wired headphones
