Galaxy Ear buds

Hi, when on a call my buds seem to pick up all external noises and so for those on the other side of the call can't hear me very well. They say the background noise is very loud. It sounds fine for me but not for those listening to me. Ambient sound is turned off. Can you please assist?

Hi @Gronjo, which phone do you have them connected to? Is there any damage on the Buds? Also, is this issue happening with all calls?

Thanks SaudA. They are connected to my S10 phone. No damage to the buds and it happens with all calls. can you please help?
