@Steffykim: If you purchased the A52 5G from a participating retailer between 17.03.201 - 27.04.21 then you can claim a set of Galaxy Buds+ in white via the Benefits section of the Samsung Members app on your new phone. If you run into any issues then you can also proceed with your claim on our website by following the link below. Enjoy!

Having the same problem, after i purchased a qualifying Samsung S21 5G; should entitle me a pair of Galaxy Buds Live, but cant find the benefits section
