Galaxy buds+

Hi. Dad gifted me his old galaxy buds+ 

They aren't showing up on my galaxy wearable app. Guessing this is cos of connection to his old phone.. but he no longer has the old phone and was factory reset. How can I connect my buds.

They aren't locked to a specific phone and should just show on any device.

Might be with clearing the cache/data for the Galaxy wearable app..

Press and hold the app,then press the (I) option.

Scroll down to Storage and clear data and cache
