Turn dhe Bluetooth on and scan, than u read the name Galaxy Buds and u need to pair your earphones with ur phone... OOOOR you can open GALAXY WEARABLE and there you can pair your Galaxy buds.
Think the Galaxy Wearable app is more convenient if you have a Galaxy Device and gives you more options. From there is seamless and can even check if you have the best fit, a new update has just come out for that. See some information here.
