Do you have a galaxy phone?
When the case is open see if they are visible in your Normal Bluetooth menu and connect this way, followed by going into the wearables app (hopefully you have downloaded the buds add on)
Failing that, put buds in your ears and hold down both touchpads at the same time to enter pairing mode, again go to Bluetooth menu to select from list.
It really shouldn't be that hard though.... I just flipped open the case, and it instantly recognised them on my phone....
