Left bud will just not work.

Indicates as connected and fully charged 

Latest software reinstalled after phone restarted,  wont beep when using find my bud

@Niceboy: Let's try a reset to see if this resolves your issue. Please open the Galaxy Wearables app on the connected phone and go to About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds > Reset. If you problem persists after re-pairing them then you may wish to visit a Samsung Support Centre to get the buds inspected by an engineer. To find your nearest one please check the following link, select 'Mobile Device > Phones, Tables and Wearables' and enter your post code.

Thanks Andrew, been on live chat and no luck with resets or reinstalling. Given address of nearest service centre. It seems quite a common problem, nearest centre is about 18 miles away. Hope if they can fix the problem  I don’t become a regular customer there !!
