Galaxy buds with red exclamation mark in the wearable app

My left earbud shows 100% charge and right one shows red exclamation mark. I have tried to do everything but nothing helps. What should i do?

-What phone do you have the Buds connected to?

-Are the Buds, phone and Wearable app up to date?

-How long have you been experiencing this issue? 

-Is the charging case presenting any damage at all?

I have the exact same issue... But it's my left bud not my right..

Can some one help me solve this please :smiling-face:

I have them connected to A90 5G
Everything is up to date
Only a couple of hours

The galaxy wear app on my galaxy note10+ won't proceed with a reset or a update because left bud's battery is showing an exclamation mark, and that buds is not working. All the solution found on web are applied such as uninstalling and reinstalling the wear app, disconnecting the buds updating to the latest android version upto this date... noting worked. The status is same. This issue is surfaced since yesterday. (Whereas android version has also been updated today, but no luck 😕)

i have been experiencing the same problem, and none of the solutions seems to work. Can someone please help me solve this issue?

Mine (IconX) shows an exclamation on the left bud, but is working fine. It's battery power is at 100%. No clue what's wrong.
