Galaxy buds voice issue in calls

The galaxy buds are great but the call audio never works at all. Everyone says I am mumbling. Is there anyways to fix this? 

My software is up to date on everything. I am pretty disappointed with these. I never had issues with my airpods at all.

I have the same on my buds. You can not talk because they can not hear me clearly.

I wish they would come up with a solution. It's a shame because they are a good product for the exception of calls.

It happened to me after the last update of the headphones. Samsung wrote to me to send the headphones back to the site. But I have not done it yet. I am waiting for the next update. I wonder if this problem applies to all headphones?
