WearablesHaving had these for a year I have never had such a consitant issue with one product. 4 returns and the issue never is resolved as it's a hardware issue. As so many people on your community page have also had the issue shows this to be true. After my 3rd or 4th return and trying the various fixes on this webpage https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/Wearables/Galaxy-Buds-Volume-Balance-Issue/m-p/1065138#M7472. I just want to voice how disappointed I am with a samsung product and how it hasnt done what they're made for. So now I'm going to buy a cheap pair because at least I dont feel ripped off for £120 paid and waste when I could of got 3 anker versions that will prob last longer than this. Shame as I'm a big fan of your products usually. More testing should be done before releasing a product that doesnt work.
