My Galaxy buds that I bought a couple months ago are acting up. My right bud quit producing sound, but would still respond to touchpad signals. Now it won't even connect at all. I did all the steps of troubleshooting, disconnected Bluetooth, reset buds through the wearable app, restarted phone, deleted the app and reinstalled. I need some help. I love them and want to enjoy them again.
I too face the same problem as of today...my galaxy buds used to work well at first the right side was dead and i could get sound in the left now it refuses to connect to the the phone I've put it to charge for over 30 mins and still won't connect... I deleted the wearable app,restart my phone and deleted the galaxy buds from my bluetooth list... I put it on the charger overnight I'll wait tomorrow to try again... I really love my buds and I hope they haven't damaged
