Hello all! I have only had my buds for a month. I was wearing them normally during a call on Google hangouts, and all of a sudden, the right bud beeped as if it disconnected but didn't disconnect. You can get some sound out of it but no matter what I have tried from cleaning them profusely of any possible obstruction to resetting them and updating them every way I could find but NOTHING WORKS! I paid $150 for these to have the right one stop working only 4 weeks later during normal use? I am not at all happy and extremely frustrated with the inadequate customer service options there are available. I am not paying more money to have BRAND NEW BUDS fixed. This is completely devastating. Anyone, please?!! Im desperate at this point...
