My galaxy buds + isn´t connecting with my PC. I can see the device from the bluetooth finder on my windows but i can´t connect. Can someone help me solve this ?

try installing Galaxy Buds Manager to your PC
for Windows
for Mac

I already tried it but it is unnable to find the earphones. Is there another way ?
