Galaxy buds pro do not charge in case if not plugged in

Hi 

My Galaxy buds pro worked just fine until the day decided not to.

The earbuds lignt inside the case does not work anymore when I put the buds in the case.

and the earbuds do not chagre once in the case except when I plug the case.

I tried to reset, to upgrade the software, to clean the pins 

nothing worked.

Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Hi, @Jason 1975 

If the red light doesn't come on, this suggests that your case has a flat battery.

With the Galaxy Buds still in the case, charge the case using the charging cable.

Leave the case and Galaxy Buds to charge for 10 minutes.
