Galaxy Buds - Poor Phone call audio

The phone call quality on Galaxy buds have been very poor. It works satisfactorily when I am listening to music on Spotify, but when I attend phone calls the left and right audio is out of sync and I hear an echo. Even the phone call receivers reported that my voice is very weak and not very audible. I have tried pairing my earbuds with Iphone and an android phone and the results have been disappointing on both phones.

Unfortunately that's similar to the experiences I've had with my Samsung Galaxy Buds and is the same as others have reported elsewhere like YouTube.

The buds are ok for music albeit a little weak on Bass for my tastes.

Now wether any kind of software update in the future may help these issues I do not know.
