Hi

I can't set up on my galaxy wearable app the ambient sound option. Can someone help me?

you need to have your buds connected to put ambient mode on plus you have 3 options which you perfer but you can extend ambient mode to 4 throw advance

my buds are connected as I can speak through them

As u can see they are connected but no chance to select ,turn on the ambient sound

check to ensure your earbuds have the latest firmware

To check the firmware head to the Wearables App and then About Galaxy Wearable or About Samsung Gear app. Then, tap Update.

Try resetting the Buds: Open the Galaxy Wearables app > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds.
