Whenever I place my left ear bud in my ear I hear the connection sound, and I can hear a noise when I tap it to pause audio. However, no audio (music, videos etc) actually play from this ear bud UNLESS I have my galaxy buds case closed and the right ear bud inside this case. As soon as I open the case, the audio stops. Similarly, if I have the right ear bud out of the case the audio stops.
The right ear bud works as it should but I do not know what to do about the left one. The bud is still charging without any problems and I have reset the ear buds by disconnecting them from my phone and resetting them on the galaxy wearable app but so far nothing has fixed it.
Has anyone had the same issue and do you have a solution?

@Members_OvQL2HA: If you place both Buds in the charging case, does the LED indicator turn red? If so, leave both Buds to charge for around 15-30 minutes, then remove them and check the connection status in the Galaxy Wearable app. Are both buds showing as charged, and connected?

i have tried and it looks like RHS side ear bud not not working at all.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue with my earbuds pro. Did you find a solution?
