Galaxy buds not pairing

I have a pair of galaxy buds that I can connect to individually but not at the same time. Both are fully charged. I can't update them as both need to be updated at the same time. I am using an s22+.

@Balerman Hello, have you tried to reset the Buds? Access the Wearable app / Earbuds settings / Reset. Greetings.

@Balerman: If you place both buds in the charging case, making sure that the charging contacts of the Buds and case are in contact with each other, and free from any foreign materials, does the charging light turn red? If so, close the lid for 10-15 seconds, then open it and place both Buds in your ears. Also, check the Galaxy Wearable app to see if both Buds are showing as connected. Let me know how you get on.

Can't reset them individually. Need to do them simultaneously.

I've tried that, doesn't re-pair them. On the wearables app it shows either the left connected and the right disconnected, or the other way around.
