No wonder samsung gave them away, the left bud constantly breaks up & goes out of sync with the right, I've tried everything to rectify this but nothing works, samsung you have produced a very disappointing product.
I have the same problem. Its not always the left though. It's never a problem with just 1 in, left or right. I dont mind 1 ear for listening to podcasts or YouTube, but its basically impossible to listen to music with these.
I've had issues for months with these, they are currently away for repair for the fourth time!
The ear that drops out is dependant on which bud connects first.
If you take the right out of the case first this becomes the master and stays connected woth the left dropping out. If the left bud is connected first then its the right one tht has the issue
My buds have now been nack with Samsung for nearly three weeks for repair and I can't get an answer off them.
