galaxy buds live

I received my galaxy buds live and left one only connects for a very short time . When it's in charging case it will show green on case but on the app ,it isn't highlighted.

yes ,samsung told me to contact my network provider so I did , now they tell me to contact samsung .

yeah ,I have tried everything, more than once 🤣 they have to be replaced and I'm gonna make sure they are . My provider has given me a phone number to contact samsung

check bixby or search your handset for a thing called buds live commute , it just came up on my screen with some settings

both now connected

try in bixby routines , although I set it to off to see if it changes the behaviour of my buds

and true to form ,back off again

it's on settings and under advanced

I'm baffled as to why they work sometimes, then all of a sudden don't
