I have done the redemption for the Galaxy buds live promotion and received a reference number but no confirmation email. Whom does one communicate with to resolve and what are the details.

I got the same as you and the next communication was a notification they were being delivered.
They will take upto 45 days to be delivered. But I got mine in about 12 days I think it was.
It's a case of sit tight and wait I'm afraid.

Think I got an email the day after then a couple weeks later a dispatch email. Got them the next day from that.
