So I purchased my galaxy buds live in December 2021, by mid January I already noticed a rather big decline in the performance and quality of sound they provide. I've also noticed that the volume levels seem to drop and I'm unable to turn the volume back up I've tried device volume control and controlling via the earbuds still to find my volume at very minimal levels. I would of thought, that due to the reasonable price of these earphones that performance shouldn't be effected now 5 months after purchase.
Anyone else finding the same problem? If so how good are samsung at rectifying it once I've approached them?
