Galaxy buds live - How to enable in call sound (ringing sound)

Hi, 

I got my new Galaxy buds live yesterday (yay!) 

And i already found some annoying issue, given that i'm not using Samsung device (i'm Oneplus6 user),
When i'm using the buds, and there's a new new in- call coming, i can't hear the ringing sound in buds.

Does anyone have an idea if it's a known issue, or configuration issue?
Would like to get some clarifications in here

Hello,

I do know that if not using a Samsung device some of the features may or may not operate correctly when in use. It may be worth resetting the headphones themself. Do you have your headphones set up in the Bluetooth setting on your phone to receive call audio?

Yeah, the bluetooth settings are correctly set (and it's working well with my other headphones).
If it's a Samsung features, as you mentioned, so i see it as bad UX, and i'll probably will send back mine.

Can i get any inputs from Samsung representatives in here as well?

You are very welcome, I know that there is a disclaimer for the features when setting up in the app or its in the user manual if you're not using a Samsung device.

I'm not sure about Samsung reps as such but there is moderators that you may be able to speak to.
