Galaxy buds+ left earbud not working

So i got my galaxy buds the day it came out, so only about 5 months ago. It was great. Until yesterday, at the begining of the day both my earbuds were working then i tried updating the software, the update didn't finish for some reason and when i put my earbuds on the left one suddenly wouldn't connect, i tried everything, charging my earbuds, reseting the connection, holding down on the hearbuds while on the case and cleaning them but nothing worked. I'm very saddened that this happened it hasn't even been half a year since i've had this and it's already broken. If anyone from the samsung community could help me, please do. Thank you

Hey there Aldtablico!

Sorry to hear about your problem with your Galaxy Buds+. For this issue, you might be best contacting Samsung directly and having the buds serviced. You'll probably need a replacement left bud/set of buds, as I'm not sure there's any way for the firmware to be fixed on the buds.
