okay so i got some galaxy buds for christmas and within a month the right ine faded in volume, i reset them on the wearables app and that fixed it for a while. Fast forward to two weeks ago (start of feb) and the right one went again and now nothing i do fixes it. i've been in touch with the support guys and their tips didn't help. Ended up sending them off to get repaired and apparenty, due to the fact they're an outdated model, they're out of warranty and will cost £190 to fix them??????? Anyone else think that that price is ridiculous???? Could get the new pair for less money than that! And now I'm stuck with a broken pair of earbuds that didn't even last half a bloody year
