Got my galaxy buds+ about a week a go. Havent had a problem with them untill today. The case itself is unresponsive, no light is shown inside the case upon opening, the light on the outside is showing a faint blue colour and does not change. The buds turn off when you shut them in the case, and connect automatically to phone when opened. The case itself is not visible on the galaxy wearable app, plugged in to a charger or not. The charger also is not registering wireless charging. Any ideas?
