Galaxy buds case

Hi all , I charged my buds case fully and over a period of time it got to the point where when I closed the case the case led lit up red for 5 seconds , now I've got to the stage where when I close the case there is no led lighting up on the outside of the case . Am I getting to the stage where the case battery is flat ??? It's a shame that I can't see the battery % of the case as well as the buds , thanks

@Edgie70: If the red LED doesn't come on, this does suggest that the cases battery is flat. With the Galaxy Buds still in the case, charge the case using the charging cable and leave it for about 10 minutes. If the problem persists, are you able to try an alternate charging cable? Can you also try cleaning the charging contacts of the Buds with a soft, dry cloth, and resetting the Buds (Galaxy Wearables app > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds).
