Galaxy Buds case LED not working

Hi there, 

I have an issue with my month old Galaxy Earbuds case. Quite often the LED both in the inside and outside dont work/show battery status. It does turn itself on when case pluuged in. 

Am doing something wrong? Does it mean there is 0 battery juice in the case itself? Is it faulty?

@Bogda: In the user manual it mentions that "If the battery indicator lights do not work as described, disconnect the charger
from the charging case and reconnect it." If you are doing this and the LED lights are returning then that's to be expected, however if you're unsure then you can always check the Galaxy Wearables app to view the battery status for each earbud. Hope this helps.

I think you'd better use the wireless charger.

I just got a same issiue but I solved that w/ wireless charger

Disconnect the charger means - unplug the cable, and plug it back in.
