Galaxy buds audio lags and distorted

Connected to a S22+ audio lags as if the video or audio is slowed down, but same plays fine on phone speakers. Tried several unpair, disconnect and reset add options no joy, it only gets sorted by restarting the phone. Happened twice in last 2 days once phone restarted works fine. Its Annoying me now.

Ps buds 100% charged.

Any help?

Never had the issue after that. There was a software update the next day. It's been few weeks and been working fine.
