I have bought a new set of galaxy buds for my son to use with his iphone x. The bluetooth connection is unstable and keeps dropping. I decided to try to update the firmware on the buds, but I cannot get it to work using Galaxy Buds Manager on both his PC and my imac. The PC won't even connect to the buds, and the imac connects, downloads the update but then won't update. I had a useless chat with a Samsung support person which got me nowhere. I don't even know if a firmware update will do anything to solve the problem. Has anyone encountered similar issues that can help?
