If your using an app to listen to music. Go into settings - apps, look for the app you are using. Then go into battery, set it to unrestricted or optimised.
Sorry to hear that, I'm not sure of any other suggestions. They shouldn't be cutting out, have you tried them on another device?. If they still cut out, maybe its a fault with the buds. If so contact Samsung or where you purchased them from.
