Galaxy bud plus not working

I have a pair of galaxy buds plus, I believe one of my buds completely died and now its not charging or working all together. When I put it on the charging  case it comes up with the red light as it was going to charge but doesn't stay on and just dosnt charge all together. Has anyone got any solutions? I've tried disconnecting then from my phone, I've restarted my phone I've also tried another pair on my case to see if it was the case that was faulty and they managed to charge them with no issue.

Hi,
Was the case fully charged

Shut down the smart device, and leave it off for at least 30 seconds,

Then power it back on. Then, try pairing the buds to your device again by navigating to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth. ...

Finally, reset the buds via the Samsung Wearable app > About earbuds > Reset


How old is the case that faulty
Could try contacting support
If still under warranty

Hi @Liamp972 If you have tried all the suggestions,reset and repaired to no avail best to contact Samsung Support.  It is possible to replace the one Bud if by any chance you do not have Warranty.  https://www.samsung.com//support/mobile-devices/how-to-couple-with-a-newly-purchased-earbud-and-a-us...
