Galaxy Active watch

My galaxy active watch face (the black round bit) keep coming off, has anyone else had this problem? Will Samsung do anything about it or has Samsung done anything if its happened to you  please advice as what to do, i think i have had it about 3 years plus.

Hi @Matib, it may be best if an engineer inspects your watch. Take a look at this link to find the closest Service Centre in your area.

@Matib I wouldn't waste your time getting the watch looked at unless you're willing to pay for the repair.


My advice comes from being a UK Samsung iPhone user.

Current Devices:
  • iPhone 14 Pro 256GB Deep Purple
  • Samsung Galaxy Buds+ > Model: SM-R175.
