In October I got a Galaxy S20+, ordered my free watch that comes with it. Still to this date I haven't received my watch. Customer service has been poor. Samsung telling me I have to go to the 3 shop and do it threw them, and 3 telling me I have to do it threw my Samsung account. Absolutely unreal.
