Hi there,

My Active Watch screen is blank most of the time. I've managed to perform a recovery restart and occasionally it will display after I push the top then bottom buttons randomly. Occasionally it displays when I remove it from the charger. Phone is able to connect and I've.installed Strata for example. But after a few seconds of inactivity the screen goes stubbornly blank again. Any ideas. Disassemble? Return for repair?

Thanks for responding Steve. It's more a case that the screen goes blank and is very hard to reactivate. I fruitlessly push the buttons and nothing displays. The watch vibrates and can link to my phone most of the time but I can't see anything. One intermittent shortlived solution is to put it on the charger where it often begins to display again. However after a few buttons pushes everything goes blank again.

@Murphster: Can you try heading to Settings > Advanced, and activate Wake Up Gesture and Touch Wake Up. With these features enabled, does the screen turn on when you raise your wrist, or tap the screen? While you're here, disable Theatre Mode and Goodnight Mode, as these options automatically disable the wake up gestures above. I also recommend trying Settings > Watch Faces > Watch Always On, and tap the switch to activate. Let me know if this helps.
